At Studyix, we are committed to providing transparent and fair refund policies for all our users. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for quiz registrations, contest fees, wallet top-ups, and other transactions on our platform. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.

Note: The platform reserves the right to deny refund requests for transactions that show signs of fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- • Review: 3-5 business days
- • Processing: 5-7 business days (if approved)
- • Bank/UPI Credit: 2-3 business days after processing
- • Total Timeline: 10-15 business days
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the following methods:
5.1 Original Payment Method (Default)
Refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction:
- • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- • UPI: 2-3 business days
- • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- • Wallet Payments: 3-5 business days
5.2 Bank Transfer
If the original payment method is unavailable or expired, we can process refunds via direct bank transfer. You'll need to provide:
- • Bank account number
- • IFSC code
- • Account holder name (must match registered name)
5.3 UPI Transfer
For faster processing, we can credit refunds to your registered UPI ID. Ensure your UPI ID is updated in your profile settings.
Important: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. All refunds must be credited to an account in the name of the registered user.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Quiz/Contest Cancellation by User
Users can cancel their quiz or contest registrations under the following conditions:
- • Quizzes: At least 2 hours before scheduled start time - Full refund
- • Contests: At least 24 hours before scheduled start time - Full refund
- • Late cancellations (after above deadlines): No refund, but may receive credit for future use
6.2 Cancellation by Platform
If Studyix cancels or reschedules a quiz or contest, users will receive:
- • Full refund of registration fees
- • Option to transfer registration to rescheduled date/time
- • Bonus credits equal to 10% of registration fee as compensation
- • Email notification at least 24 hours prior (when possible)
6.3 Account Cancellation
If you choose to delete your Studyix account:
- • Unused wallet balance: Refundable within 30 days of account creation
- • Promotional credits: Not refundable
- • Active registrations: Must be cancelled separately before account deletion
- • Refund processing: 7-10 business days after account deletion confirmation
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from completing a quiz or contest due to our platform:
- • Report the issue immediately via support
- • Provide screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
- • Full refund will be provided after verification
- • Alternative: Option to retake quiz/contest at no extra cost
7.2 Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate payments:
- • Report within 48 hours of transaction
- • Automatic refund of duplicate amount within 5 business days
- • No questions asked, instant approval
7.3 Incorrect Amount Charged
If you were charged incorrectly:
- • Report within 7 days with transaction details
- • Refund of excess amount after verification (3-5 business days)
- • Apology bonus credit equal to 5% of excess charged
7.4 Force Majeure
In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, etc.):
- • Scheduled events may be postponed or cancelled with full refunds
- • Extended refund request deadlines may be granted
- • Users will be notified via email and platform notifications
