These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Studyix, including our quizzes, coding contests, study materials, wallet features, and related services available through our website and mobile applications.

By creating an account, browsing the platform, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, including activity carried out using email/password, OTP, Google sign-in, or other supported authentication methods.
• If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate parental or guardian consent and supervision.
• We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts created with false information, duplicate identities, or any attempt to bypass platform rules, limits, or security checks.

• You must follow the rules, instructions, schedules, and eligibility requirements displayed for each quiz, contest, course, or reward activity.
• Cheating, impersonation, automation, scraping, answer sharing, unauthorized collaboration, abuse of bugs, or attempts to manipulate rankings, rewards, or payments are prohibited.
• Studyix may review participation, scores, reward claims, registrations, and payment-linked activity to prevent fraud and preserve fair competition.
• We reserve the right to correct results, cancel entries, reverse rewards, or disqualify participation when violations, technical abuse, or verification failures are detected.

The Studyix platform, including our brand assets, interface design, quizzes, coding content, study materials, text, graphics, software, and compilations, is owned by Studyix or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Service only for personal, lawful, and non-infringing purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, republish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected Studyix content unless we give you written permission.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with our systems, upload malicious code, or misuse APIs, payment flows, or account features.
• Do not harass users, misuse referral or reward features, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• We may investigate suspicious activity and take action that includes warnings, feature restrictions, reward reversals, account suspension, or permanent termination.

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, triggered anti-fraud or security protections, or used the platform in a way that could harm Studyix or the community.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you want your account removed, please review our Account Deletion Request page for the available process.

Studyix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, availability of any specific quiz or reward, or that all content will always remain current or suitable for your specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studyix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you have a dispute, concern, or complaint about the Service, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith before pursuing a formal claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts with competent authority in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
